Sarah Keeler, Owner / Instructor
Sarah is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor. She began taking Pilates in her teens to complement her dance training and just kept coming back. As a teacher, Sarah's passion is helping people find joy in movement and appreciate their own strength. She especially loves working with athletes and dancers on cross-training as well as folks who are brand new to formal exercise!

Liz BergerA western NY native, Liz is a social science researcher by day and a Pilates and Barre phenom by night. Liz first began practicing Pilates over a decade ago as a way to improve her performance as a competitive runner, and has since become passionate about the healing power of movement. She has been teaching Pilates and group fitness since 2015 and loves sharing the power of Pilates with her students.

Pamela Bliss, RYTPam is a registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training and more than 15 years of teaching experience. Her yoga classes go deeper than just postures--you'll learn to connect mind, body and spirit with loving guidance and support.

Her passion for the practice led her to complete her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2018. She's been teaching at Genesee Pilates & Yoga ever since, with a focus on beginner-friendly yoga classes.
