This original ballet puts a creative spin on a centuries old fairy tale. Based on the Brothers Grimm story, “The 12 Dancing Princesses”, the ballet follows the story of three princesses who love to dance and a queen determined to protect her daughters, at any cost.

Fusing Grimm’s fairy tale with Celtic folklore and music, “The Princesses Who Danced the Night Away” celebrates the healing power of dance, the value of risk taking and that “happily ever after” doesn’t have to mean marrying the prince!
